Route 28 and Route 18 DetourRoutes 28 and 18 will be detoured away from the Kerr Street area (north of Speers Road) from June 1 up to and including June 4, 2009. This is due to MTO construction and intermittent road closures at the bridge structure. During the detour, both routes will travel on Speers Road and Dorval Drive, instead of Kerr Street.
