Santa Takes Over the Bus RoutesDuring the Santa Claus Parade Saturday November 15, 2008, Oakville Transit will be detouring the following routes as listed below. All services will return to their regular routing at the completion of the parade (between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.). Route 14 Oakville GO - will travel its regular route to Rebecca at Dorval, and then will head north on Dorval to Speers, and along Speers to the Oakville GO. Route 14 Lakeshore West - will leave the Oakville GO, travel along Speers to Dorval, head south on Dorval to Rebecca, and then continue along its regular route. Route 15 Oakville GO - will travel its regular route to Mary at Dorval, and then will head north on Dorval to Speers, and along Speers to the Oakville GO. Route 15 Bridge - will leave the Oakville GO, travel along Speers to Dorval, head south on Dorval to Mary, and then continue west on Mary along its regular route. Route 17 Oakville GO - will travel along Lakeshore to Allan, north on Allan, west on Randall, south on George, east on Church, north on Reynolds, and into the Oakville GO. Route 17 Kerr-Eastlake - will leave the Oakville GO to Reynolds, south on Reynolds to Randall, west on Randall, south on George, east on Church, south on Allan and continue along its regular route on Lakeshore. |
